  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, pinpointing opportunities to optimize purchasing, distribution, supplier warehousing, and logistics.
  • Support programs from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining full accountability for supplier selection, delivery, cost management, risk mitigation, and opportunity identification.
  • Develop and manage timelines, ensuring that progress is monitored and critical project milestones or risks are communicated clearly.
  • Take charge of supplier contracts, ensuring they are established and upheld to meet the delivery expectations of end customers.
  • Build and lead a cohesive team that effectively manages departmental workload, ensuring alignment with the business's operational functions.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Proficient in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects to achieve specific objectives and success criteria.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Experienced in ERP/MRP systems such as Factory Master, with a background in managing the flow of products or services from supplier to customer.
  • Supply Chain Project Management: Skilled in maintaining supply chains, managing commercial agreements, and collaborating across teams to ensure supplier quality and commercial alignment.
  • Cost Analysis & Proposals: Conducts data-driven trend analysis to support the development and submission of proposals.
  • Supplier Management: Expertise in supplier onboarding, contract negotiation, risk alignment, and budget control through value-for-money assessments.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Enhances supply chain performance through supplier alignment and KPI monitoring.
  • Strategic Planning: Experienced in formulating and implementing supply chain strategies that balance costs and benefits.
  • Demand Planning: Develops reliable forecasts to support ongoing program modeling and supply chain management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focused on enhancing high-cost, high-risk supplier relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Facilitates inclusive decision-making and escalation processes within teams.
