Neous Limited is a growing luxury footwear and accessories brand in London, seeking a highly motivated and organized Wholesale and E-commerce Executive to join our team.

**Job Summary**

The Wholesale and E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of wholesale sales, acting as a key link between the Sales, Communications, and E-commerce teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that all departments are aligned and processes are smooth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Sales Wholesale:**
    • Provide daily executive support on all sales aftercare, including generating orders, invoicing, and returns.
    • Liaise with wholesale clients and nurture key relationships, supporting with seasonal showroom logistics and buyer appointments calendar.
    • Collate and distribute key wholesale documents, including linesheets, end-of-season reports, weekly, and seasonal performance reports.
    • Support logistics requirements.
  • **Sales E-commerce:**
    • Transmit orders and liaise with the warehouse on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Liaise with Marketing to ensure synergy between PR/Social activities and the website.
    • Assist with all sales data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Identify business opportunities across E-commerce and Wholesale on a weekly and seasonal level, informing reorders, replenishment, stock redirection, carryover, and markdowns strategies.
    • Respond to customer inquiries.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in fashion wholesale and e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and Zedonk, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Critical thinking skills to tackle various challenges.
