Job Overview

The role involves assisting the Complaints and Conduct Manager in fulfilling the Authority's legal obligations regarding the management of grievances and conduct, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Complaint Handling, especially within a law enforcement environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of complaints and conduct issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes related to complaints handling.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be a British citizen, a member of the EU or other EEA states, a Commonwealth citizen, or a foreign national without restrictions.

It is essential that candidates have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years prior to applying for this position.
