Field Technician – Site Service: Based in and around Skelmersdale

Position Overview:

For over two decades, Fairbanks Environmental, a division of Dover Fueling Solutions, has been delivering exceptional fuel management and forecourt services to the fuel sector.

We have an exciting opportunity for a field-based technician responsible for:

  • Measuring, checking, and calibrating fuel dispensers
  • Conducting site surveys and risk assessments
  • Installing and maintaining PC-based data monitoring kiosk equipment at petrol retail forecourts and other fuel dispensing sites

We seek candidates who:

  • Possess a strong health and safety mindset
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail
  • Are self-motivated and capable of working independently once fully trained
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and possess strong communication skills
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license
  • Are comfortable using technology such as tablets and smartphones
  • Have previous experience as a technical engineer, ideally in the fuel industry (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Salary Range: Competitive
