Field Technician – Site Service: Based in and around Skelmersdale

Position Overview:

For over two decades, Fairbanks Environmental, a division of Dover Fueling Solutions, has been delivering exceptional fuel management and forecourt services to the fuel sector.

We are currently seeking a Field-based Technician responsible for:

  • Measuring, checking, and calibrating fuel dispensers
  • Conducting site surveys and risk assessments
  • Installing and maintaining PC-based data monitoring kiosk systems at petrol retail forecourts and other fuel dispensing sites

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently once fully trained
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Possession of a valid UK Driver's License
  • Comfortable utilizing technology such as tablets and smartphones
  • Previous experience as a Technical Engineer in the fuel industry is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided

Work Arrangement: Remote

Salary Range: Competitive
