Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our team in Glasgow. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, and healthcare needs, enabling them to live independently and make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Assist individuals with accessing community resources, such as leisure activities, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the quality of care.
