Your Role at Prestige:

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for representing Prestige Nursing & Care while ensuring that all business objectives are achieved in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Success in this position will be evaluated based on:

  • Achieving full compliance with regulatory standards
  • Growth in branch revenue
  • Meeting business performance indicators

This role requires a proactive approach to fostering key relationships both internally and externally. Attention to detail is crucial, along with an understanding of current trends and conditions in the care sector.

The position is primarily based in Gloucester but may involve occasional travel to other locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CQC registration for the branch
  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficient service delivery
  • Evaluate branch performance against established targets
  • Maintain Registered Manager status
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and all legal requirements
  • Keep accurate records
  • Address all branch-level complaints
  • Lead a team of Field Care Supervisors
  • Provide reports to Regional Managers as needed
  • Identify training and development needs for branch staff
  • Engage with potential new clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients
  • Manage key accounts
  • Advise on changes in pay rates
  • Ensure effective staff placement to meet client needs
  • Oversee the accurate processing of weekly timesheets
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled

General Responsibilities:

  • Occasionally assist with team responsibilities as needed
  • Champion internal customer service
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
