Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Branch Assistant to become a vital member of our team at Williams Trade Supplies. This dynamic role involves engaging with customers both at the trade counter and via phone, managing deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the trade counter and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and process quotations
  • Ensure the branch and warehouse are well-maintained, including stock management and cleanliness
  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments

  • Conduct local deliveries as required
