Join Our Team as a Branch Operations Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Assistant to become a vital part of our team at Williams Trade Supplies. This dynamic role involves engaging with customers both at the trade counter and via phone, managing deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the trade counter and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and process quotes efficiently
- Ensure the branch and warehouse are well-maintained, including stock management and cleanliness
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for delivery
- Conduct local deliveries as required
- Support general tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager and their team
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to take on various tasks
- A proactive team player who contributes positively
- Ambitious with a desire for personal growth and learning
- Possession of a valid UK driving license
