Job Summary:

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join their team in Cheltenham. As a leading construction product distributor, the company requires a commercially minded and sales-driven individual to lead their Cheltenham branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals.
  • They will be the focal point of the Cheltenham branch, responsible for building relationships with suppliers and customers, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, and meeting customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or management position.
  • Proven experience in buying and selling products, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • High-quality communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
