About the Role:
We are a biotech company revolutionizing the diagnostics of liver cancer by extracting and analyzing extracellular vesicles from blood samples. Our patented technology and AI-powered analysis enable the diagnosis of liver cancer from a single blood draw.
As our Director of Research and Development, you will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary R&D team to progress concepts to commercial products. You will work closely with our leadership team to shape the future of the company and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for liver cancer diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing R&D team to develop and commercialize extracellular vesicle diagnostics for liver cancer
- Collaborate with our leadership team to shape the company's strategic direction and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
- Develop and implement research and development strategies to advance our extracellular vesicle diagnostics technology
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to progress concepts to commercial products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in extracellular vesicle research and diagnostics
Requirements:
