Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to lead our team of manufacturing and assembly operators and supervisors in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of our manufacturing processes, driving innovation and efficiency throughout our product pipeline.

About the Role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager with a strong technical background in CNC machining and/or welding/fabrication. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of manufacturing and assembly operators and supervisors
  • Developing and implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize flow and maximize up-time availability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop automated solutions
  • Managing the deployment of automated super hubs and AGV solutions
