Head of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the entire operation of a busy manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, manufacture, assembly, and delivery of specialist systems and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement, manufacture, assembly, and delivery of specialist bespoke products
- Leveraging profit-based bonus opportunities
- Implementing flexible working hours
