We are in search of a Culinary Operations Manager to become a part of our Food Service and Catering Division, which is essential to enhancing the student experience. The catering division operates in a dynamic, high-energy setting characterized by optimism and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook all meals and snacks for the Café, ensuring that menus are creative, nutritious, and aligned with customer preferences. Efficiently oversee the Café to deliver a consistently high-quality service. Lead the catering team and effectively address any staffing challenges. Regularly solicit feedback from customers to improve and enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchasing invoices and manage inventory to meet budgeted gross profit targets. Inspire and train the team of Food Service Assistants to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our customers and students.Candidate Profile
Proficiency in English and Mathematics at level 2 or higher. Relevant experience and knowledge in culinary practices within the catering, hospitality, and food production sectors. Basic Food Hygiene certification. Proven ability to produce a variety of high-quality products within tight timeframes. Capability to adhere to Food Hygiene protocols and monitor compliance records.Employee Benefits
