Job Summary

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Land Charges Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing Local Land Charges searches and Commons searches, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Local Land Charges searches and Commons searches, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Maintain the manual and computerized LLC Register and Commons Register records, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver an effective customer-focused LLC service, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation and development of our new computerized LLC system, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Participate in performance management and contribute to achieving personal appraisal targets, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of Land Charges legislation and practice, including its principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of using IT systems, with a focus on data management and analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and make informed decisions to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Local Land Charges office or related local government service, with a proven track record of success.

Contract Details

  • Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend, providing stability and growth opportunities.
  • PAYE via Umbrella, ensuring compliance and financial security.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a healthy work-life balance.
