Land Charger Officer

Job Summary:
Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Charger Officer to join our team in East London and the surrounding area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing Local Land Charges (LLC) searches and Commons searches, maintaining the manual and computerised LLC Register and Commons Register records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Local Land Charges (LLC) searches and Commons searches
- Maintain the manual and computerised LLC Register and Commons Register records
- Assist in the implementation and development of the new computerised LLC system
- Be performance managed by the Senior Land Charges Officer and be accountable for achieving personal appraisal targets
- Organise and prioritise own workload and work with a minimum supervision, making appropriate decisions in order to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Evidence of a minimum of 6 months experience in a Local Land Charges office or related local Government service
Contract Details:
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
- Pay via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday
Onboarding and Compliance:
Candidates will be asked to complete an onboarding & compliance checks including DBS & Online training modules prior to starting.
