Job Title: International Strategic Account Manager

SHI International Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in the UK Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SHI remains competitive in the market.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Industry-recognized sales certifications or qualifications.
