Job Opportunity

We're seeking a key strategic Director level role in our UK Infrastructure business to lead the growth of our relationships within the Yorkshire and Northeast region. This will involve cost and commercial leadership of major programmes in the region.

This position requires someone with experience of leading delivery of commissions working at strategic levels with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cost and commercial management, preferably with MRICS qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cost and commercial management of major programmes in the region
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with NEC3/4 contracts and other relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Proven cost and commercial management experience
  • MRICS qualification (desirable)
  • NEC3/4 contracts experience (in particular Option C – Target Cost)
  • Pre-contract administration experience
  • Post-contract administration experience
  • Estimating experience (desirable)
  • Experience of working on major programmes and projects
  • Experience of working in the infrastructure sector (rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways)
  • Leadership and management experience
