Rough Sleeping Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Pan London Rough Sleeping Team as an Assessment and Reconnection Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans that fully involve the client.
- Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
- Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation, such as welfare benefit and housing legislation.
- Work on a weekly rota, including early, mid, and late shifts, with some evening and weekend work required.
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and listening skills, patience, and resilience, who can adapt to new situations. If you have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives, we encourage you to apply.
As a successful candidate, you will receive training and development programs to develop the skills to provide high-quality person-centred support to clients.
