  • Ensure the delivery of superior service by leveraging specialized knowledge in home ownership sales, including complex case management and complaint resolution.

  • Empower team members to maximize customer interactions, adding value to both the customer experience and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in home ownership sales, including leasehold, shared ownership, or freehold transactions, within either the social housing or private sector.
  • Demonstrated strong people management skills in a customer-centric environment.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Robust skills in productivity and performance management, with a track record of addressing capability and performance issues.
  • Ability to exhibit excellent commercial awareness.
  • Proven capability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams, fostering a culture of support, collaboration, and empowerment.

Additional Information: Appointment to this position will be contingent upon a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, references, and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
