About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team as a Director - HR & Talent Acquisition. This is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for leading our HR function in the region, driving business outcomes, and developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR function in the region, providing strategic guidance and direction to HR Business Partners and other HR staff.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, including talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with the International Leadership team to drive business outcomes and develop solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Coach and support HR Business Partners and line managers in people management and engagement issues.
  • Improve retention rates and facilitate talent management initiatives in the region.
  • Partner with North American and Indian HR teams to drive corporate initiatives.
  • Lead global employer branding efforts in the region, emphasizing organizational values and culture.
  • Accountable for regional DEI efforts and work with Associate Networks to promote locally appropriate events.
  • Lead a team of c30 across the region and be accountable for the team's performance and engagement.
Requirements
  • Extensive senior experience at a leadership level in HR Business Partnering or COE.
  • Employee relations experience in an International business, preferably financial services and/or Tech.
  • Comfortable coaching and mentoring leaders and actively participating in our International Leadership Team.
  • Interest in compensation and benefits to partner with the regional COE and ensure market-level compensation and benefits.
  • Ability to lead teams through a global grading/career framework and other regional programs.
