Key Responsibilities- Integration of Sales Planning, Reporting, and Forecasting: Ensure seamless integration of sales planning, reporting, and forecasting processes across acquired territories, brands, and functions.
- Change Management: Develop and drive the sales forecasting change process, maintaining strong relationships with leadership of acquired companies to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt sales forecasts.
- Process Optimization: Help deliver change in acquired businesses from existing sales, service, and marketing models to optimized ones, including CRM implementation, sales strategies, and forecasting/reporting.
- Goal Setting: Work with the Sales Operations Director to establish goals to support business segment revenue goals during the integration plan.
- Data Integrity: Implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and take ownership of all data in acquired businesses' CRM platforms.
- Training and Development: Provide continuous training on Salesforce/general CRM best practices for businesses acquired globally.
- Sales Incentive Plans: Implement sales incentive plans for territories and support the financial plans of the Group.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Complete ad hoc business analysis as required.
- Sales Focus: Strong focus and understanding of sales activities, including sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and sales process optimization.
- Data-Driven: A data-centric attitude, able to cut through noise and use data effectively to tell the narrative on business performance.
- Analysis and Reporting: Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex sales data and derive coherent deliverables.
- Business Change: Proven experience in delivering business change projects.
- CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge and appreciation of marketing processes, strategies, and pipeline.
- Commercial Finance Experience: Proven experience within commercial finance/sales support in a complex business-to-business environment.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and target-focused.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present at board level.
- M&A Experience: Experience of working in an M&A environment and assisting acquired businesses through the integration phase for sales, service, and marketing.
