Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our high-performing HR team at Loughborough University. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, progressive, and inclusive employment experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to schools and professional services, focusing on employee relations, coaching, and development.
  • Lead on people matters, including restructuring, training, and procedure development, with a focus on adding value.
  • Manage complex HR issues, including employee relations casework, and work with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Deliver training and manage change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

Requirements:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualification and experience working in an HR team in a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with complex HR issues, including employee relations casework and working with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable and experienced in managing change initiatives and delivering training.
