About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR team and contribute to our company's continued growth and success. As an HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive employee relations support, including guidance on performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary issues. You'll also work closely with leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive high performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, and capability
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive high performance and engagement
  • Manage complex and high-risk cases with a solution-driven attitude
  • Work with Senior ES Advisers, ES Business Partners, and Legal Counsel on restructures and management-level exits
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and associate ES Advisers
