About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Success (ES) team, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our leaders and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, absence, capability, grievance, disciplinary issues, and diversity & inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive employee relations support to leaders, including guidance on performance management, absence, capability, grievance, disciplinary issues, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Handle and escalate complex and high-risk cases with a solution-driven attitude, fostering a high-performance culture in leader interactions.
  • Collaborate with Senior ES Advisers, ES Business Partners, and Legal Counsel on restructures and management-level exits, including settlement agreements.
  • Provide trusted advice and coaching to leaders, identifying learning opportunities and resolving issues proactively, while supporting associate ES Advisers.
  • Coordinate change projects, manage key deliverables and stakeholder communication, and develop standardized processes and training to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Adviser in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Extensive experience in diverse employee relations case management.
  • Strong ability to consider the impact of work on employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
