Job Description:

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Specialist to join our team on a long-term rolling contract basis. As an Operational Technology Specialist, you will provide technical support to physical systems and devices in the live manufacturing environment through robust IT-based engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to physical systems and devices in the live manufacturing environment
  • Implement and maintain IT-based engineering solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT-based engineering solutions
  • Participate in project work and BAU initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Operational Technology and/or Manufacturing technical support
  • Core understanding of Operational Technology principles and GMP regulations
  • Appreciation of data/meta-data/raw data/data integrity and security
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
