Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Sectra's products, both on-site and remotely
  • Install and configure solutions, collaborating with third-party suppliers and subcontractors
  • Deploy and maintain interfaces for data exchange between Sectra and third-party systems
  • Perform security monitoring, maintenance, and software upgrades as required
  • Develop and review technical documentation related to our systems

As a Customer Operations Engineer, you will work closely with senior system engineers, project managers, and application specialists to deliver products and services to our customers.

Requirements
  • At least three years of university education in computer engineering or equivalent
  • Interest in IT systems in the healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference for patients
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in deploying or supporting IT infrastructure or software applications
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

We consider experience with medical IT systems, knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, and understanding of cloud technologies to be valuable assets.
