Job Title: System Integration and Trials Specialist

About the Role:

As a System Integration and Trials Specialist at MBDA UK Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across hardware, software, test equipment, and the entire weapon system. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing that these components operate harmoniously and meet set standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct field trials and flight trials to evaluate the performance of RF seeker systems
* Plan and execute hardware-in-the-loop (real-time simulation) tests to validate system integration
* Utilize anechoic chambers and synthetic data injection techniques to optimize system performance
* Perform environmental chamber testing, including electromagnetic compatibility assessments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compatibility and flat-bench rigs

Requirements:

* Familiarity with integration processes, including planning test strategies, defining test equipment, and testability requirements
* Awareness of Model-Based System Engineering principles and practices
* Experience with testing RF, IR, or other electronic systems and sensors
* Proficiency in tools such as Matlab, Simulink, SAP, PLM/Windchill, DOORS NG/ETM, Rhapsody, Jira, Lab View, and MS Office
