Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of our commercial gas service contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the contract delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • Manage the mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that the contract is set up for successful delivery.
    • Oversee the delivery of gas service contracts, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
    • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage the contract delivery team, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial aspects of the contract, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5 years of experience in a contract management role, preferably in the commercial gas sector.
    • 2 years of experience at management level.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications
    • Degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
