We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition End Point Assessor to join our team at NOCN Group.
About the Role:
As a Demolition End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting independent End Point Assessments for the Demolition Operative apprenticeship Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring End Point Assessments meet NOCN's quality assurance standards
- Completing assessments in accordance with the prescribed assessment instruments
- Assessing apprentices against the relevant Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Uploading reports in a timely manner
- Maintaining hands-on CPD in Demolition
- Representing NOCN in a professional manner
- Adhering to GDPR practices
Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience of Demolition, with at least three years in the sector at Demolition Supervisor/Topman/Manager level
- Experience with remote and practical demolition
- Independence from the apprentice, employer, and training provider
