Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to spearhead our team of Fragrance Specialists, driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic business plan to attract and retain customers through targeted marketing, exceptional customer relationships, and high-performing team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales data and scheduling staff to optimize performance
  • Lead retail operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and cash reconciliation
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive engagement and sales
  • Ensure seamless store operations, aligning team members with the Brand vision
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or fast-paced retail environments
  • Experience setting sales targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory management and facilities maintenance
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on work-life balance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
