Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join our expanding team in a thriving M&E specialist business.

About the Role:
  • On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required
  • Monitoring contract costs against budgets and company financial reporting
  • Identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control
  • Preparation of estimates and analysis of sub-contract quotations
  • Preparation and agreement of variation accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts
  • Preparation and issue of certification for contract payments to sub-contractors
  • Providing evidence for resolution of disputes
  • Ensuring all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental policies and company procedures

Requirements:
  • Experience of working with NEC contracts
  • Experience of working on a range of project types as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or specialist mechanical/electrical contractor
  • BOQ (Bill of Quantities) experience
