Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Hays Construction & Property Belfast. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of a range of projects up to £30m. Your expertise in quantity surveying and construction will enable you to work closely with our Operational Team to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the commercial performance of projects up to £30m
* Work closely with the Operational Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and construction matters

Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction related discipline
* Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience
* Strong negotiation skills and effective time management
* Ability to travel to the UK 1/2 days per month
