This is a remarkable opportunity to become a part of the Complex Lives Team, collaborating closely with the Community Forensic Team as a skilled Community Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will primarily engage with the Complex Lives Team while also maintaining a strong partnership with the Community Forensic Team (CFT). The CFT consists of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing care and management for individuals in the community with complex and high-risk cases.

You will be immersed in a stimulating and at times demanding environment, working in close collaboration with external agencies and service providers, which will necessitate a high degree of confidence and autonomy.

Essential skills include effective communication, negotiation, organizational abilities, and proficiency in IT, all of which are vital for fostering adaptable working practices.
