Senior Director/Managing Director Opportunity

FTI Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director/Managing Director to join our Financial Services team in London. This is a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract that offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global business advisory firm.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate communications, particularly in the investments industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Financial Services sector and be able to provide strategic advice to clients. The role will involve collaboration with colleagues across the firm, including digital, public affairs, and employee engagement specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to clients and manage accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create integrated campaigns for multiple stakeholder audiences, often working in collaboration with digital, public affairs, ESG, and employee engagement specialists.
  • Support on issues management, leading drafting of communication assets alongside senior team members.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services sector and its stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
