About the Role
Crown Lift Trucks Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specific territory, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the materials handling or industrial equipment sector
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
