Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in accurately identifying and documenting maintenance requests for clients, collaborating effectively with team members to address concerns, and assisting the Manager in providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels.


Our client is in search of a qualified Administrative Coordinator to enhance their operations.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday
  • Friday


Key Responsibilities
To proficiently identify and document maintenance requests for clients and prioritize customer inquiries to generate work orders for the service team.

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Administrative Coordination with advanced proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 5 GCSEs at grades A-C.
  • An Access NI check will be necessary.


In return, the compensation will be £11.98 per hour, with weekly payments and 34 days of annual leave.
