Service Department Coordinator

**Permanent Service Department Coordinator required for Portadown.**
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the role will be focused on providing efficient coordination of the Engineering Service department, scheduling engineers work schedule, dispatching parts and support to the stock controller with any administration purchasing duties.
**Duties will include**:
- Receiving customer phone calls to include machinery service scheduling and ordering parts
- Maintaining and prioritizing engineers work schedule
- Booking engineers flights and accommodation when required
- Placing and tracking orders with suppliers
- Picking and dispatching orders
- Up sale of parts and machinery service
- Maintenance of machinery parts pack
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst ensure an efficient and professional customer service.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience of coordinating / scheduling in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of handling spare parts stock
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include excel and word
- Experience preferred over qualifications.

**Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm**
**Salary £26,000 - £30,000 DOE**
