Role Overview

As the face of the business within the marketing suite, you will guide potential buyers through every stage of the home-buying journey. Your responsibilities encompass conducting property tours, addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about our properties and their unique features.
  • Conduct captivating property tours, highlighting key selling points and creating an immersive experience for potential homeowners.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads with personalized attention, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide expert guidance to buyers throughout the reservation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, pricing strategies, and development updates to provide informed advice to potential buyers.
  • Consistently strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the development.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the real estate sector, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with potential buyers and create lasting relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your role.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of potential buyers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, demonstrating your ability to utilize technology effectively.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £27,000 to £32,000 per annum, with the potential for significant commission earnings.
  • On-target earnings of approximately £50,000 to £55,000, reflecting your dedication and success in driving sales.
