HRBP - Employee Relations Specialist

At JK Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced HRBP - Employee Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and overseeing the day-to-day HR function for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing key HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Provide HR guidance to line management and employees on employment law, policy, and procedures.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Work with other department managers to ensure adherence to HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR/payroll/time and attendance IT systems, providing management information to support HR KPIs.
- Implement improvement ideas and provide information and analysis as required.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Organise induction training programme development and implementation for new joiners.
- Maintain personnel data base, including accurate time and absence recording, and personnel administration.
- Assist with month-end and year-end audit tasks as required.
- Ensure departmental procedures adhere to ISO Quality standards.
- Provide support and advice for other departments and employees.
- Identify training needs and develop annual training plans and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external training events in conjunction with performance review systems.
