HRBP - Employee Relations Specialist

At JK Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced HRBP - Employee Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and overseeing the day-to-day HR function for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing key HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Provide HR guidance to line management and employees on employment law, policy, and procedures.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
- Work with department managers to ensure adherence to HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Implement improvement ideas and provide information and analysis as required.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Organize induction training programs for new joiners and maintain personnel data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end audit tasks as required.
- Ensure departmental procedures adhere to ISO Quality standards.
- Qualified to Bachelor's degree level in a related discipline or CIPD qualified to level 5.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably at a senior management level.
- Excellent IT literacy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits practices.
