We are working with a Nursery school in Brent to recruit an experienced SEN Nursery Teacher for a supply position. This role offers the chance to work alongside a group of committed professionals who are passionate about ensuring the educational success and future prospects of children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting 10 students in an educational environment. If you are a dedicated teacher who is eager to positively impact the lives of students with diverse needs, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting with their educational and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comply with the schools' policies and implement them reliably.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Recent experience as a Nursery Teacher in a primary or preschool setting with SEN.
  • Good classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Experience working with SEND is essential.
