Job Title: SEN Nursery Teacher - Supply Role

Job Type: Temporary, Supply

Location: Brent, London

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Nursery Teacher to join our team on a supply basis. As a SEN Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to students with SEN
  • Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting with their educational and personal development
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students with SEN
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • Comply with the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum
  • Recent experience as a Nursery Teacher in a primary or preschool setting with SEN
  • Good level of classroom and behaviour management
  • Experience working with SEND is essential
