Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Strategist to join our team at IPS Group. As an Operational Resilience Strategist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations and maintaining the highest level of resilience in the face of uncertainty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive business continuity plans that meet regulatory requirements and ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats to our business continuity and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Manage Compliance: Ensure that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and Maintain Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the continuity of our business operations and maintain the highest level of resilience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business continuity plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UK operational resilience regulations and business continuity requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
