About the Role:
As the Operational Resilience Specialist, you will work closely with the Operations Resiliency Director to enhance the company's ability to withstand disruptions. You'll be responsible for managing business continuity processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with global teams to align resilience efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis and maintain Business Continuity Plans.
- Manage compliance with resiliency and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate scenario testing and implement recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and Risk Management Teams for disaster recovery and risk controls.
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
- Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 27001, ISO and regulatory requirements).
- Relevant industry certifications are desirable (e.g., BCI, DRI).
Work Environment:
