We are looking for kind-hearted and empathetic Care Providers who are eager to contribute to the well-being of our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care in accordance with established care plans, while also playing a vital role in the smooth operation of our care home. Full-time positions are available, offering a competitive hourly wage of £11.50, with shifts that include alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to residents in a person-centered manner.
  • Assist residents in achieving a fulfilling quality of life.
  • Exemplify best practices in care delivery.
  • Support residents with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs as outlined in their care plans.
  • Maintain accurate daily records for residents.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of the individuals in your care.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a care role is preferred.
  • Possession of a Care Certificate or a willingness to obtain one within the first year of employment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in elder care.
  • Understanding of the six principles of care and their application in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a confident demeanor.
