Supportive Residential Assistant

In this role, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional care to residents, adhering to their individual Care Plans, and ensuring they experience a fulfilling quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs
- Assist residents with their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Maintain accurate daily records of resident care
- Ensure the safety and welfare of the adults entrusted to your care
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Care Assistant role
- Possession of a care certificate or a commitment to obtain one within the first year
- Understanding of care practices for elderly individuals
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Self-driven and confident in your abilities
