About Home Instead
Home Instead is a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently in their own homes.
Care Assistant Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social interaction.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with daily activities like meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompany clients to appointments or shopping trips.
While formal care experience is not required, a genuine passion for caring for others is essential. We offer comprehensive training to all our Care Assistants.
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name and Class A Business Insurance.
- Possess GCSE level English or equivalent.
- Reside within Salford.
- Be over 18 years of age.

Care Assistants are required to work at least two evenings and alternate weekends. Core hours are between 8am-1pm and 4.45pm-9.30pm, although there is potential to increase hours beyond these times.
