We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Asda Stores Ltd team as a Security Colleague. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our colleagues and customers, and protecting our business.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols and checks of the store and its surroundings to identify and report any potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms.
- Support the management team in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure customer safety.
- Conduct spot checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Pass a basic level safeguarding check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
