About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a vital member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities and report any incidents
  • Manage access and egress points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter or leave the site
  • Work in the gatehouse to monitor access, but also operate within the warehouse to ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed, including conducting staff searches as needed to maintain security standards

Requirements:

  • SIA license
  • Driving Licence
  • Access to vehicle
  • 5 year+ Security experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Able to communicate well through radio links
  • Reporting procedures to the highest standards
  • Reasonable commuting distance
  • Customer Service experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service
